Praxis Private Office was established in October 2000 as a Single-Family Office for multiple Families. Praxis offers the tailored services on a bilateral basis of a Single-Family Office and enables the collaboration between multiple families to share knowledge and optimize costs. As a result of those collaborations, the client-families developed investment strategies that were later on formalised in F3Finance.

The investment strategies that have been developed focus on family owned quoted companies, family owned private companies and strategic partnerships between families joining forces at specific investment strategies (poolings & fund investments). STEN ALBERTIJN
Sten oversees the daily activities at F3Finance and is involved in all Private Equity and Venture Capital investments at F3Finance. He has over 15 years of experience in deal making, M&A and Corporate Finance; he has worked on numerous (international) deals and projects including large acquisitions and divestments, Joint Ventures and corporate restructurings. Sten holds a Master's Degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Antwerp.
